I don&#8217;t really use this website much any more&#8230; but the contact information is up to date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">Email<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">LinkedIn<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Phone Number<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">I primarily take work by word of mouth.  Every once in a while I take a risk and join an unknown team for a wild adventure.  <br><br>With the economy what it is, I am currently open to work in any industry, though I strongly prefer work in:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">Solar, EV, EVSE, Batteries, High Voltage, ebikes, Power Electronics, or anything like that<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Within that realm I am comfortable with :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">R&amp;D Engineering<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">R&amp;D Test Engineering<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Quality Engineering<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Manufacturing Test Engineering<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">I am a<strong> hands-on Test Engineer<\/strong> first, so that is how I engineer anything.  In the words of Fetchter:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"\">&#8220;One Test is worth a Thousand Opinions&#8221;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">I design by breaking the problem up into as many small and testable parts as is practical.  I then build only on solid groundwork.  I believe Validation is something that is done during the engineering process, not afterward.
